During our travels, we discovered Amlou - a naturally rich, nut-based spread enjoyed as part of everyday life, not as a statement or a trend.

What stayed with us wasn’t just the flavour, but the way it was experienced - slowly, generously, and without overthinking. It felt grounding, satisfying, and quietly indulgent, offering a moment of ease in the day.

When we returned home, that feeling stayed with us. It sparked a desire to create something that carries the same sense of care - food that feels intentional, comforting, and genuinely enjoyable.
